How long will it take to receive my order?

Most Worthcairn products are made to order.

Estimated delivery timeline:

Production: 3–5 business days
Shipping: 5–11 business days
Estimated Total: 8–16 business days

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order and destination. The final shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Can I change my shipping address?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address.

Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to modify or redirect the package.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

Each order can only be shipped to one address. Please place separate orders if you need delivery to multiple locations.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected destinations.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on the destination country. These charges may be the responsibility of the recipient.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you have a delivery issue, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.
